ManagedJitsi is a service operated by Synkro Global (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through managedjitsi.com.

• Enquiries and bookings: when you contact us by email, through the enquiry form or by booking a call, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in and your project details.
• Technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the website.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.

How we use it

We use enquiry information only to respond to you, prepare proposals and provide services you request. We use technical data to operate and protect the website.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Enquiry form submissions are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit, and consultation bookings are handled by Calendly, which has its own privacy policy. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver their services.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete it unless we are required to keep it by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us.
